Arts Through Time and Space

Located at the foot of the Marina Bay Sands, the Singapore ArtScience Museum is shaped like a lotus flower in full bloom. The ArtScience Museum features the technology-inspired "Future World" exhibition, and from time to time hosts world-class traveling art exhibitions on a variety of subjects.

At the foot of the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, there is a building with the shape of a Blooming White Lotus, which is also said to symbolize the Welcoming Hand of Singapore, and this is the Singapore ArtScience Museum.

In 2011, the Singapore ArtScience Museum opened its doors to guests with 21 galleries on three levels of exhibition space. The museum’s Pond in the Center is filled with rainwater collected from the museum’s bowl-shaped roof.

Manywhere Trivia:
The rainwater is recycled for use in the museum’s restrooms.

The ArtScience Museum is a perfect combination of art and science, with the Permanent Exhibition - Future World making full use of interactive projection technology. Visitors can also reach out and interact within the exhibitions, or even Become One with the Exhibit.

The ArtScience Museum introduces Traveling Art Exhibitions from around the World year-round on a variety of subjects: from the Silk Road and Genghis Khan, to Harry Potter and Frozen… Whether you are an adult or a child, you can always find your own exhibition here.
