Top Agricultural Town in Taiwan
Changhua (彰化) is located in the middle of Taiwan, the county is full of plains and fertile land, which is an important agricultural area in Taiwan.
Lukang Town (鹿港 Deer Harbor) is under the administration of Changhua, which is about ten kilometers away from Changhua City. In the heyday of the Qing Dynasty, Lukang was one of the three major port cities in Taiwan, with many historical sites such as the Old Street of Lukang, Lukang Lungshan Temple, and Lukang Tianhou Temple.
Once the Most Prosperous Harber Town
Lukang is a seaport town in central Taiwan, historically known as one of the three major towns in Taiwan along with Tainan and Taipei. The ancient town of Lugang now has the Lungshan Temple, Tianhou Temple and many other valuable historical sites.
Baguashan is 97 meters above sea level and has a panoramic view of the Changhua city from the top. Baguashan has a 23-meter-high statue of Shakyamuni, built in the 1960s, which is hollow and has six floors inside.
