Located next to the Daimler factory in Stuttgart, Germany, the Mercedes-Benz Museum is divided into two areas: The Legend and The Collection. The museum's collection consists of 160 vehicles, including professional vehicles that are rarely seen.
The Mercedes-Benz Museum is located in the northeastern part of the city of Stuttgart, Germany, next to Daimler’s headquarters and car factory. The museum has a shining Glass and Aluminum Exterior Wall, which are common materials used in automobiles.
The interior of the Mercedes-Benz Museum building is a double helix structure that houses More than 160 Cars and thousands of historical objects. Two staggered circular pathways divide the museum into two main exhibition areas: The Legend and The Collection, which illustrate the vivid automotive culture of Mercedes-Benz.
In 1886, Karl Benz created the first car and started the history of the automobile. The “Legend” exhibition area chronicles the century-long journey of the Mercedes-Benz brand from the advent of the automobile to the present day: how it rose from The Merger of Two Companies to its Domination of Major Racing Arenas, and after its Post-war Transition, Mercedes-Benz eventually became today’s Top Luxury Car Brand.

The question that comes to mind when you arrive at the “Collection” exhibition area is: are all these cars made by Mercedes-Benz too? The answer is yes. Police cars, snowplows, fire-fighting trucks, ambulances, large buses, transport vans …… All on display here are Rare Specialized Vehicles.
The Pursuit and Desire for Extreme Speed
The Porsche Museum, located next to the Porsche headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany, opened in 2009. The sci-fi style white building houses a collection of more than 80 Porsche cars, including classic models such as the Porsche 911, 917 and 956.
